Ever wondered what the prime time of the day to push your social media campaign is? Well, here’s some statistics to help you out! Note that the below data is in Eastern time (3 hrs ahead of Victoria, BC), unless otherwise noted.

The way I take it, if you live on the west coast and your primary audience is on the west coast then you can assume these times work 1:1 for your time zone… That is, even though it says Eastern Time you can assume it’s your same time zone. If you’re trying to reach across the entire continent, then you’ll want to base your campaign around Eastern Time.
